What Can I Do To Help Orphans In Russia?

Here are a few suggestions how you can invest into the lives of orphans and children at risk in Russia.

Support A Russian Missionary
There are over 700,000 orphans institutionalized across Russia today. While some of these children are adopted each year, for the majority of Russia's orphans, their life offers them little hope.
While the conditions they live in call for humanitarian aid, the most important need in these orphans' lives is for a friend who cares about them.
The greatest thing you can do for an orphan is to come and spend time with them on a regular basis, demonstrating that you love and care for them. I would be happy to have you come and work with us here in Perm, Russia.
Unfortunately for many people, they are not able to come to Russia and spend time with the orphans that they care about so much. In this case, I believe that the best thing you can do is to make it possible for others to meet that need. You can become a financial partner with a Russian missionary who has made a long-term commitment to serve orphans and children at risk in Perm, Russia. I would be happy to introduce you to any number of Russian missionaries working as full-time volunteers at the YWAM Perm Missions Center. Think about it. You can be a part of investing into the lives of hundreds of Russian children.
