A quick search on Google for "Russian Orphans" turns up all kinds of interesting articles. It still amazes me to this day how vast the problem is within the orphanage system in Russia. At times, it appears as if there could be no hope for these Russian orphans. However, we know that with God all things are possible. Here are a few interesting articles:

In reading about the conditions in Russian orphanages compared to others around the world, I came across this article at Human Rights Watch. It is long, but well worth the read if you are interested in the unique challenges that face Russian orphans.
